Budgets do not come from the White House.
They come from Congress and the party that controlled Congress FROM January 2007 till January 2011 was the Democratic Party.
Furthermore, the Democrats controlled the budget process for FY 2008 and FY 2009 as well as FY 2010 and FY 2011.
For FY 2009 though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY 2009 budgets.
If the Democrats inherited any deficit, it was the FY 2007 deficit, the last of the Republican budgets. That deficit was the lowest in five years, and the fourth straight decline in deficit spending. After that, Democrats in Congress took control of spending, and that includes Barack Obama, who voted for the budgets.
And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY 2009.
If Obama inherited anything, he inherited it from himself.
In a nutshell, what Obama is saying is I inherited a deficit that I voted for and then I voted to expand that deficit four-fold since January 20th, 2009.
"BAIL'EM OUT? Hell, back in 1990, the Government seized the Mustang Ranch brothel in NV for tax evasion and, as required by law, tried to run it. They failed & it closed. Now we are trusting the economy of our country, banking system, auto industry & possibly our health plans to the same nit-wits who couldn't make money running a whore house and selling whiskey! What the Hell are we thinking?

OBAMACARE
I fully support the various States Attorney Generals who are preparing legal action against this boneheadded OBAMA, REID, PELOSI Health Care Bill. UNFORTUNEAETLY they MUST WAIT till OBAMA signs it to proceed.
When you disrespect the beliefs of Americans and especially your constituents you will suffer politically.
REID, PELOSI and BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA are attempting to try and change America forever!
Americans do not want what the DEMOCRATS are trying to RAM down our throats!

We have seen the H1N1 virus coming for over a year. It is no surprise that much of America needs vaccination. It was no secret that the flu season was approaching. But, now that it is upon us, we find ourselves pathetically short of shots.

If a conservative doesn’t like guns, he doesn`t buy one.

If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.

If a black man or Hispanic are conservative, they see themselves as independently successful.
